PU Binder
Description:
It is solvent-free, high bond strength, good environmental performance one component PU glue; it is use for spray coat and sandwich tracks primer and mix with SBR or EPDM.

Application
Spray coat, Sandwich tracks，EPDM Floor.
Packing and Storage
Iron Packing: 200kg/drum or 20kg/drum
Store in a cool, ventilated, dry warehouse, away from fire, heat, Strict water, moisture, protected from sunlight
The service life is 12months.after 6months, it need test first before install.
Installation
As bottom layer, it mixes with rubber granules, the mixture is 1: 6, ensure the granules are dry and no powder
The drying time is about 10hours.
As top coat, it mixes with EPDM granules, the mixture is 1: 5.
It suggest to install the ground temperaturebetween 5--35℃
Note：
1)The uncured mixture should not longtime touch skin.
2)Such as accidentally into the eyes, rinse with plenty of water, seek immediate medical attention.
3)It belongs to chemical products, prohibit the consumption of prohibited implanted in the body, avoid the reach of children.
