Water based universal Varnish paint

1、 Product Overview

It belong to two component polyurethane paint. Both for indoor and outdoor .Used on the top coat (including matte, semi matte, and transparent varnish)

2、 Product features

1. High hardness, with a hardness of 3H for Hua pencils and 1H for Mitsubishi pencils

2. High scratch resistance and wear resistance.

3. High chemical resistance, after testing, its paint film is resistant to 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% sulfuric acid, and 5% sodium hydroxide,

Soak in 50% ethanol for 1 hour without any changes in the paint film.

4. High water and pollution resistance. Durable to water, engine oil, and soy sauce, with no changes in the paint film after soaking for 24 hours.

5. High resistance to yellowing.

6. Good toughness and high impact resistance.

7. Good leveling, no shrinkage, and a smooth and consistent surface interface.

3、 Product application

1. Can be used on epoxy self leveling and thin coated floor surfaces.

4、 Construction instructions

1. Before construction, mix thoroughly in a 6:1 ratio and apply evenly with a roller.

2. The effective use time of the mixed material is 30 minutes.

3. The surface drying time of this material is 20-30 minutes, and the actual drying time is 24 hours. To test the physical and chemical properties, it takes one week.
