Packaging And Storage
Packing:25kg/drum
Stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, keep away from fire and heat sources, and keep waterproof, damp proof and light proof.
Storage period: six months from the date of production. More than the storage period, the test can continue to use.
Installation
1) It applies by 2layers by squeegee and roller brush. It total usage is 0.5kg/㎡.
2) The first layer: CP053/054/055 mix with sand and water ,the rate is :1:0.6:0.8 . CP053/054/055 material takes 0.3kg/㎡ .After 4hours, it begin the next process.
3) The second layer: CP053/054/055 mix with water ,the rate is :1:0.8 . CP053/054/055 material takes 0.2kg/㎡
Note:
Topcoat construction should be finer, as far as possible not to appear sand marks, reduce the eradication of this process, to a complete flat no color of the base surface to meet the construction of acrylic surface layer. If the effect of the topcoat is not good, if not flat, obvious color, etc., then even after the completion of acrylic surface layer, showing the effect is also greatly reduced. When the temperature is slightly higher, you can add some more water. Acrylic surface is the face of the entire acrylic coating to ensure that the color is bright and the colors are consistent. When the temperature is too high do not construction, wind weather also please postpone the construction to prevent off-site debris by wind blowing into the field, thus causing damage to the acrylic surface
