Packaging and Storage
Packing: 30kg/ drum
Upside down stored.
Stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse, keep away from fire and heat sources, and keep waterproof, damp proof and light proof.
Storage period: six months from the date of production. More than the storage period, the test can continue to use.
Installation
1) At least apply 2layers or 2.7mm
2) Usage: (1layer use 0.7—1mm/㎡)
0.7mm/㎡ usage is 1.2-1.3kg
1mm/㎡ usage is 1.4-1.5kg
3) 30kg liquid rubber coating material mix with 0.9—1.2kg PU resin and 100-180gram water, applied by rubber squeegee
4) After 1 layer, it should maintain about 10-12 hours, ensure the firstly layer are dry, then the next process.
5）When install the firstly layer on concrete base ,we suggest 30kg liquid rubber coat material mix with 180gram silica sand .(It is better to seal the sub-base moistures)
