Athletic Track Repair

1) Repair 5mm thickness Athletic track, 1 sqm (1meter length X1 meter width) takes about 6kg EPDM granules and 1.2kg binder. and 1 bag (25kg )EPDM granules can fix 4 sqm Athletic track.

2) Repair 13mm thickness Athletic track, 1 sqm (1meter length X1 meter width) takes about 15.6kg EPDM granules and 3.12kg binder. and 1 bag (25kg )EPDM granules can fix 1.6 sqm Athletic track.

Prepare Tools:

1) Trowel 2) 2inch brush 3) glove 4)electronic scale 5)dish soap 6) Grinder

Repair Schedule

1) Remove the broken track, and take the grinder to polish the floor.

2) Open the binder, and brush the binder and the repair part.

3) Mix EPDM granules with PU Binder evenly.

4) Pour the mixture on the repair part and take the trowel to flat it.

5) take water to dilute the dish soap 

6) Clean the trowel by dish soap water 

7) After repair, just leave 10 hours, it will dry.
